In a bold legal move, Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has served a formal defamation notice to fellow actress Minsa Malik, accusing her of character assassination and public misconduct. The legal proceedings stem from a resurfaced feud that allegedly began during the filming of a drama several years ago.
According to the notice shared by Alizeh on her verified Instagram Stories, she has given Minsa 48 hours to issue a public apology and remove all defamatory content from social media. Alizeh claims Malik made false, derogatory statements, physically assaulted her on set, and more recently leaked her personal phone number to an individual in Dubai.
The situation has quickly escalated, as Alizeh also posted screenshots of harassing phone calls and messages she says originated after the leak. She alleged that she received “unacceptable offers” from strangers and traced it back to Minsa’s actions.
The legal notice outlines accusations of slander, cyber harassment, and emotional distress, and indicates that criminal proceedings will follow if Malik does not comply with the demands.
Sources in the entertainment circle recall the original confrontation on a drama set where actor Sami Khan reportedly confirmed on-set tension. The incident was largely kept under wraps—until now.
Alizeh has become increasingly vocal about injustices in the entertainment industry. Earlier, she called out senior artists like Shazia Manzoor and Jagan Kazim, accusing them of unprofessional conduct. Her recent wave of Instagram posts seems to signal a larger reckoning within showbiz.
Minsa Malik has yet to publicly address the allegations or respond to the legal claims.
